Return, Refund & Order Policy – Kraftys Apparel

At Kraftys Apparel, every piece is made with care to deliver high-quality, sustainable fashion. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order:

Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed online and you click “Place Order,” it is processed immediately.
We are often unable to modify or cancel orders after they are placed.
If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible at 443-903-6289. While we will do our best, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
To add items to an existing order, please place a new order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a verified error on our end (incorrect item, defect, or damage upon arrival).
If an incorrect or damaged item was received, please notify us immediately upon delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are refused or returned as undeliverable will incur a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund to cover shipping and handling costs.

Shipping Liability

Once your order has shipped, Kraftys Apparel is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance with transit issues.

Fraudulent Transactions

Transactions flagged as high-risk for fraud will be automatically reversed. A processing fee may be deducted from the refunded total.
